Barcelona will once again be the capital of top-level regattas. You’ll be able to join in one of the world’s most thrilling regattas from the city’s beaches, a festival of the sea where the skills of the crew are the key to winning.
From 2nd to 5th June, the finest cruising yachts from Spain and around the world will keep their traditional date with the Trofeo de Vela Conde de Godó, organised by the Real Club Náutico de Barcelona.
After the success achieved last year, when a large fleet of cruising yachts and J80 monohulls took part, this year sees the top-level, highly competitive Soto 40 class boats join in the competition. Come and enjoy this sailing spectacle at this amazing competition that will be held off Barcelona’s beaches.
Before the boats set sail, you can wish them luck from the Rambla del Mar and Moll de la Fusta. Come along and see the trials for the 43rd trophy.
