Il Gp di Spagna ha segnato il ritorno di Tony Cairoli (KTM) ad altissimo livello.
Dopo 9 mesi di astinenza, il siciliano sale sul gradino più alto del podio della MXGP, mettendosi dietro tutti i rivali sul circuito di Talavera de la Reina, sesto appuntamento del Mondiale 2015. Terzo in gara1 e primo in gara2 Cairoli ha corso con audacia, intelligenza e determinazione conquistando così il suo primo gran premio stagionale. Piazze d’onore per Maximilian Nagl, secondo, e Romain Febvre, terzo.
Con questa vittoria Tony Cairoli riapre il discorso per la conquista del titolo mondiale, che sarebbe il suo nono titolo. La strada è ancora lunga, in classifica infatti Tony è terzo con 229 punti; davanti a lui ci sono Clement Desalle con 247 e Max Nagl con 259. Ma per questo Tony Cairoli niente è impossibile…!!! Nella sua corsa al mondiale Tony potrà contare come sempre sull’aiuto dei suoi inseparabili stivali Crossfire2, i numeri uno della collezione offroad firmata Sidi. Il prossimo appuntamento con la MXGP è il 24 maggio in Gran Bretagna. Tony Cairoli e Sidi Sport ci saranno, pronti a dare battaglia!

TC222 wins the GP of Spain and is back in the hunt for the world title
Maser (Treviso-Italy), May 11, 2015 – The GP of Spain marked the return of Tony Cairoli (KTM) to the highest level of the motocross. After a nine-month drought, the Sicilian climbed onto the top step of the MXGP podium after outpacing all his rivals on the Talavera de la Reina circuit, the sixth event in the 2015 World Championship. Third in race 1 and first in race 2, Cairoli raced with audacity, intelligence and determination to conquer his first grand prix of the season. Maximilian Nagl, second, and Romain Febvre, third, rounded out the podium.
With this victory, Tony Cairoli revives his pursuit of the world title, which would be his ninth. The journey is still long, and Tony is currently third in the classification, with 229 points, behind Clement Desalle with 247 and Max Nagl with 259. But for Tony Cairoli nothing is impossible! In his World Championship races, Tony will as always rely on the support of his treasured Crossfire2 boots, the top-of-the-line model in Sidi’s off-road collection. The next MXGP is on May 24 in Great Britain. Tony Cairoli and Sidi Sport will be there, ready to fight!
