Una due giorni all’insegna del divertimento e delle eccellenze enogastronomiche, con gli imperdibili show cooking di chef stellati e le pregevoli etichette di 80 aziende vinicole selezionate da tutta Italia. In questo spassoso tripudio di sapori ha rappresentato la Toscana chi di qualità se ne intende decisamente: Il Drago e la Fornace. Già, perché se c’è una cosa che lo staff de Il Drago e la Fornace sa fare bene è proprio quella di intrattenere gli avventori deliziandone i sensi con i suoi impareggiabili vini. Proprio come in fiera, dove l’azienda colligiana ha raccolto ampi consensi esponendo le sue etichette più celebri, come i pluripremiati Carboncino (Toscana Igt) e Giallo Paglia (Vermentino Toscana Igt). Con un mix vincente di estrosità, carattere e buon gusto, l’azienda di Pietro Mattia Pocci sa facilmente conquistare il cuore e i palati del suo crescente pubblico di estimatori. The winery participated to the second edition of the famous festival dedicated to wine and food excellence
Strengthened by last year’s success, the festival that bewitched hundreds of wine lovers – and not only – is back for the second year in a row: WineHunter, enacted the 2nd and 3rd of December 2017 at the Roman Aquarium, in the heart of the Eternal City. Two days of fun and wine and food excellence, with unmissable cooking shows of star chefs and prestigious wines from 80 estates selected in the whole Italy. Among this amusing triumph of flavours, a real quality expert represented Tuscany: Il Drago e la Fornace. If you had to pick one task that the Il Drago e la Fornace staff can do very well, this would be certainly entertaining visitors and delighting them with their unique wines. This is exactly what happened at the fair, where the winery collected many approvals presenting its most famous wines, as the award-winning Carboncino -Toscana IGT- and Giallo Paglia -Vermentino Toscana IGT-. The Pietro Maria Pocci’s winery easily conquers heart and palate of its growing pool of followers with a successful mix of ingeniousness, character and good taste.
