The Abruzzo is a region of Southern Italy with a situation aggravated
by the important economic crisis that is affecting the country with
the sleeves rolled up , contrary to what we are doing here , waiting
for election or additional funds to rain , sore managed , how many

work culture , gain , entrepreneurship and the same

partner di una realta’ che vuole essere simile ad un centro
rafting,spostando pietre in fiume per l’incapacita’ di letture delle
linee d’acqua cosi’ come si fa sul fiume corno e accompagnando persone
in un ambiente a loro estraneo,anche accusando l’equipaggio per un
cappottamento avvenuto con un’increspatura d’acqua) che emano’ un
regolamento restrittivo (oggi inesistente,allora insignificante) per
la navigazione fluviale dell’Aventino dei gommoni da rafting.Su
richiesta è disponibile la documentazione suddetta.
Sara’ anche occasione per verificare l’elargizione di bandiere blu
sulla costa del territorio nonche’ su quella denominata “costa dei
trabocchi”,interessata da decennali dibattiti per la costituzione
dell’ennesima riserva-parco-area protetta(per ulteriori posti di
lavoro pubblici),e oggetto di “mire naturalistiche” per creare

***AVVERTENZA PER I NS OSPITI.
L’abruzzo è una regione del Mezzogiorno d’Italia con una situazione
aggravata dall’importante crisi economica che sta interessando il
paese con le maniche rimboccate,al contrario di quanto si stia facendo
qui,in attesa di elezioni o ulteriori fondi a pioggia,mal gestiti,come
molteplici volte nel passato.
Fondi che negli anni hanno contribuito a creare l’attuale scarsa
cultura del lavoro,del guadagno,di imprenditoria e della stessa
cultura,nonchè quella della tutela ambientale,del rispetto
dell’ambiente e del rispetto e dell’educazione in genere.
L’abruzzo si puo’ riassumere con la definizione ripresa integralmente
da IL CENTRO, del Parco della Majella,quale simbolo dello spreco e
dello sfascio italiano.Una pretoria di impiegati con zero risultati ed
un ambiente di annoiati nullafacenti che pero’ ,aggiungo,continuano a
procreare e ad “acquistare” case con mutui ultradecennali,avendo un
monoreddito familiare,per poi lamentarsi e mettere i figli a paravento
delle proprie incapacita’.
Una regione dove non si conoscono le lingue ma le si sanno usare molto
bene,motivazioni per cui gli stranieri vengono e fuggono,ad esclusione
di qualche inglese che al pub preferisce la cantina.
Non suggeriamo alcuna struttura ricettiva
(albergo,motel,campeggio,agriturismo,B&B,pensione,affittacamere,ostello
o altro),mezzo di trasporto(Bus,treno,taxi,NCC),mezzo di promozione
turistica (uffici di informazione turistica – IAT,portali
web,blog),produttori e rivenditori di prodotti locali,e/o altri
operatori sportivo-turistici.
L’abruzzese non apprezza e non distingue il Lago di Casoli,da quello
di S.Angelo o da quello di Bomba,talmente concentrato a pensare al
proprio orto da non accorgersi neanche che nel frattempo in quello
affianco si creava la
piu’ grande discarica chimica d’Europa,i cui prodotti sono finiti
oramai sulle coste della regione,come detto tappezzata di bandiere blu.
Probabilmente elimineremo l’abruzzo dall’Italian Rafting Tour di
Maggio 2014 come ha fatto lo stesso Giro d’Italia per il prossimo
evento,dopo il disastroso appuntamento dello scorso anno con strade
penose e conseguente perdita di turismo,immagine e quant’altro si
possa immaginare.
Patrick Carafa Group fornisce assistenza legale gratuita (dietro
presentazione di documentazione fotografica,scontrini,ricevute e/o
fatture)per disservizi,abusi e problematiche che potrebbero insorgere
con i suddetti operatori (per servizi che potrebbero interessare la
prenotazione,la biglietteria,l’informazione turisica(IAT o
simili),autisti,controllori,operatori turistici e sportivi in
genere)non all’altezza dell’offerta propinata,nonchè nei confronti di
disturbatori e/o molestatori in genere,ricordando che sul territorio
si contano circa 20.000 persone con problemi inerenti l’abuso di
alcool(con una diffusione smisurata di cantine e produttori
vinicoli),oltre a quelle che abusano di farmaci(e/o sostanze
alteratrici dello stato di coscienza) e quelle con disagi
psicologici;anche tra i commercianti,che hanno usufruito di supporto
psicologico.(Dati:IL CENTRO;REGIONE ABRUZZO,SERVIZIO SANITARIO
REGIONALE).
Fenomeni che la regione cerca di contrastare con campagne di
sensibilizzazione anche se con un forte debito pubblico e interessata
negli ultimi anni da piu’ inchieste giudiziarie che hanno interessato
l’amministrazione a tutti i livelli,dalla sanita’ al
turismo,dall’ambiente ai servizi,evidenziando la ben nota scarsita’ di
cultura imprenditoriale,di cultura turistica,di cultura ambientale e
della tutela del territorio,di cultura,di una popolazione abituata a
continue elargizioni di fondi pubblici mal gestiti,abituata a
clientelismi,a sussistenzialismi,con scarsa cultura del lavoro e del
guadagno.
Pertanto il Numero Unico Europeo per le Emergenze,da chiamare in caso
di necessita’ è il 112,mentre il Servizio Sanitario di Urgenza ed
Emergenza è coperto dal 118 ai cui operatori giunti in soccorso si
puo’ chiaramente dire di non essere trasportati nell’ospedale di
ortona (ch),nel quale impiantarono,dopo essere stato investito da un
ubriaco del paese,a me personalmente,un chiodo di trazione in
anestesia totale,nella carne anzichè nel femore,senza che nessuno se
ne accorgesse,per poi essere traferito d’urgenza,dopo piu’ di una
settimana,a Bologna,i cui operatori del Pronto Soccorso stabilizzarono
la situazione con anestesia locale e chiedendo i nomi dei
macellai.(documentazione ancora disponibile).
Macellai che potrebbero essere tra la “fuga degli idioti” regionali
compensata con una immigrazione italiana e straniera incontrollata e
mal gestita,improduttiva e parassita che ben si amalgama con la
popolazione locale.
Per ancor meglio comprendere,se proprio avete tempo da perdere in
loco,si consiglia di andare a fare un saluto al Sig.Mario al MUBA di
Ortona e farsi spiegare perchè la strage di civili del ’43 non è stata
“bravura” del nemico,per poi accettare caramelle dagli sconosciuti.
Senza dimenticare ed entrare nel merito della penosa vicenda della
citta’ de L’Aquila post-terremoto che niente ha copiato,come è di
prassi solitamente tra gli abitanti della regione,in questo caso
all’Emilia.
