C’è subito un impegno internazionale per la squadra Area Zero-D’Amico-Bottecchia che questo fine settimana sarà in gara sule strade della Croazia del GP Lagua in programma domenica 15 febbraio a Porec in Istria.
“Arriviamo a questa gara dopo il ritiro svolto nelle ultime settimane a Massa Marittima (Grosseto) dove la squadra, corridori e staff, si è radunata al gran completo per allenarsi sotto la guida del direttore sportivo Massimo Codol. Per il secondo anno l’ Albergo Podere Massa Vecchia è stato il nostro quartiere generale, qui abbiamo trovato le condizioni e l’ambiente ideale per preparare al meglio l’inizio di questa nuova avventura. Ringrazio personalmente a nome di tutta la squadra i proprietari della famiglia Hutmacher e in particolare Ernst. Quest’anno Massa Vecchia festeggia i 30 anni e noi cercheremo nel nostro piccolo di contribuire fare conoscere questa splendida realtà” spiega Ivan De Paolis, team manager di Area Zero-D’Amico-Bottecchia.
L’ Albergo Podere Massa Vecchia (www.massavecchia.it) è una struttura ad hoc per chi pedala, che si può fregiare a pieno diritto dell’appellativo di bike hotel. “I primi impegni agonistici saranno un ottimo banco di prova per testarci, amalgamare ulteriormente il gruppo e creare il giusto feeling con il ritmo di gara” continua a spiegare De Paolis. “Per quanto riguarda l‘organico la squadra è stata in gran parte rinnovata ma anche per questa stagione continuiamo a puntare sulla linea verde con un progetto votato soprattutto alla crescita dei giovani con la volontà di seguire scrupolosamente quel codice di comportamento etico e sportivo che ci ha caratterizzato fin dall’inizio.”
“Portiamo avanti con impegno e grande determinazione il progetto iniziato nella passata stagione. Possiamo contare sul supporto di sponsor che ci hanno rinnovato la fiducia dopo il grande lavoro e i buoni risultati ottenuti insieme nel 2014, su tutti D’Amico e Bottecchia, che sono i main sponsor della squadra. Ma ci sono anche nuove realtà importanti che ci hanno accordato fiducia, sia a livello di forniture tecniche che di sponsorizzazione e questo ci da fiducia e morale per affrontare al meglio il 2015″ conclude De Paolis.

AREA ZERO-D’AMICO-BOTTECCHIA IN CROATIA FOR THE GP LAGUNA
Team Area Zero-D’Amico-Bottecchia is starting off the season with an international appointment this weekend on the roads of Croatia, in the GP Lagua to be held on Sunday, February 15th, in Porec, Istria.
“We’re coming to this race after our retreat these last few weeks in Massa Marittima (Grosseto) where the team, riders and staff, all got together to train under the guidance of sports director Massimo Codol. For the second year the hotel Albergo Podere Massa Vecchia served as our general headquarters. Here we found the ideal conditions and atmosphere to best prepare the beginning of this new adventure. On behalf of the entire squad I’d personally like to thank the owners, the Hutmacher family and Ernst in particular. This year Massa Vecchia celebrates 30 years and in our own little way we are going to do what we can to spread the word about this wonderful place,” explains Ivan De Paolis, team manager for Area Zero-D’Amico-Bottecchia.
