After the six world premieres at the 40° Cannes Yachting Festival and the award as the Best Shipyard of the Year, the magical journey of Ferretti Group continues with Monaco Yacht Show 2017 where it showcases its fleet of absolute prestige of super and mega yachts.
The absolute star of the yacht show in Monaco is the new, 74-meter long CRN masterpiece, M/Y Cloud 9, at its world
premiere, presented in partnership with Burgess. The mega yacht, launched at the end of January and delivered this spring, is
officially unveiled to the international audience in one of the world’s most prestigious boat shows.
The Group’s fleet is completed by two other models of incomparable beauty: the new Custom Line Navetta 33, awarded in
Cannes for Best Design, after having amused the global audience during the summer, and the maxi coupé Pershing 108, the
flagship of the Pershing fiberglass fleet.
On the opening day, already as a tradition, the Group’s press conference was held, during which Alberto Galassi, the Group’s
CEO, together with the Chief Commercial Officer, Stefano de Vivo, presented the developments of the three-year investment
plan in the super and mega yachts’ sector, with particular attention to the latest news on the magnificent “Super Yacht Yard” in
Ancona.
“The difference between Ferretti Group and the other shipyards is the way we combine the infinitely large as the always
majestic mega yachts and the infinitely small: the big projects, our yachts in fiberglass and light-alloy, that hold the most soughtafter
details and at the same time also the most refined and sharpest style choices”, said the CEO, Alberto Galassi.
“The results are clear: we are getting immense satisfaction in the segment of the yachts over 30 meters thanks to Riva,
Pershing, Custom Line and CRN brands. And the future prospects promise even more joy.
Thanks to the investments already made, to those planned in the coming years and to an increasingly wide and varied product
offering, our growth is constant, above the overall market.
Great merit goes to the Super Yacht Yard that already represents the Group’s naval excellence in the sector of fully custom,
super and mega yachts: flagship vessels of the Italian yachting industry.”
In particular, 25 million euros are dedicated to the renewal of the shipyard until 2019. Of these, 8 million have already been
invested since last year for the modernization of existing facilities, for the creation of new ground and sea infrastructure destined
to the construction of new models and for the development of refit-based business activity.
Ferretti’s consolidated order book (2017 forecast) is 522 million Euros of which 276 generated by the segment of yachts over 30
meters. This segment has grown progressively over the past 3 years, from the 87 million euros in 2015 to reach 181 million
euros in 2016, up by an impressive 60%. The Group plans to close the current year with a further growth of over 50%, reaching
a value of 276 million euros out of the total 522 of the Group.
Over the past 12 months, the entire Navetta Custom Line fleet has been transferred to Ancona, with 6 dedicated workstations,
in one of which is currently under construction the flagship Navetta 42.
Five new workstations are in their final stage of refurbishment, and they will be dedicated to the production and refitting of super
and mega yachts for Pershing, Riva and CRN brands. The new 3,500-ton synchro lift will replace the old slipway used today
and will offer a high-end solution for the equipment of CRN mega yachts.
Currently at the Super Yacht Yard there are 3 CRN yachts under construction.
CRN 135, 79 meters, will become the second largest ship ever built by the yard, while the hull of CRN 137 of 62 meters has
just entered the production facility: both will be launched in 2019. CRN 136 of 50 meters “Superconero” will be ready, on the
other hand, next year.
Pershing and Riva, with their respective flagships, Pershing 140 and a Riva of 50 meters, the first-born of the new
Superyachts Division, are under construction in their dedicated plants.
Overall, at the “Super Yacht Yard” there are 8 Custom Line fiberglass units and 5 Pershing, CRN and Riva stainless steel and
aluminium vessels under construction.
The future Custom Line flagship, Navetta 42 will debut next spring, while the first Pershing 140 will be completed in late 2018
to move to Asia Pacific, the market where it has been sold. The conference also announced the sale of the second unit of
Pershing 140. The meeting was then concluded with the announcement of the first 50-meter long Riva’s construction, which
will be delivered to its owner in spring 2019.
The press conference that took place as always at the magnificent Aquarama Lounge, on the fifth floor of the Yacht Club de
Monaco, had Culti as its exclusive partner, whose unmistakable fragrances for the environment were the original gift offered to
over 100 journalists who participated at the conference.

NAVETTA 33
The Navetta 33 introduces considerable technical advances to
the series, which serve to complement the innovations that
have already been admired in previous Custom Line models.
The design of the bottom continues in the direction first taken
by the Navetta 37. The hull of the Navetta 33 features a
bulbous forward to ensure performance at the top of its class
in terms of seaworthiness, stability and, most of all, efficiency
in any seas. The yacht offers fabulous spaces to owners and
their guests across all four decks: from the wide body Master
Suite forward on the main deck through to the four guest
cabins on the lower deck.

Cannes Yachting Festival e il premio come Miglior Cantiere dell’anno, approda al Monaco Yacht Show 2017 con una flotta di
assoluto prestigio nel settore super e mega yacht.
Protagonista assoluta della kermesse monegasca il nuovo capolavoro CRN, M/Y Cloud 9 di 74 metri, al suo debutto
mondiale, presentato in collaborazione con Burgess. Il mega yacht, varato a fine gennaio e consegnato in primavera, si svela
ufficialmente al pubblico internazionale nel salone più prestigioso al mondo per i grandi yacht.
La flotta del Gruppo è completata da altri due modelli d’incomparabile bellezza: il nuovo Custom Line Navetta 33, premiata a
Cannes per il Miglior Design dopo avere conquistato il pubblico mondiale nel corso dell’estate dopo la prima assoluta a Ibiza, e
il maxi coupé Pershing 108, ammiraglia della flotta in vetroresina Pershing.
Nella giornata d’apertura si è svolto il tradizionale incontro stampa in cui l’Avvocato Alberto Galassi, Amministratore
Delegato del Gruppo, insieme al Direttore Commerciale Stefano de Vivo, ha illustrato gli sviluppi del programma triennale di
investimenti nel settore dei super e mega yacht, con un’attenzione particolare alle ultime novità relative alla magnifica “Super
Yacht Yard” di Ancona.
“La differenza di Ferretti Group, rispetto agli altri cantieri, sta nel modo in cui riusciamo a coniugare l’infinitamente grande di
scafi sempre più maestosi all’infinitamente piccolo dei dettagli e delle finiture: i grandi progetti, le nostre navi in acciaio e
vetroresina, racchiudono infatti i dettagli più ricercati e le scelte di stile più sottili e raffinate” – ha dichiarato l’Amministratore
Delegato, Avvocato Alberto Galassi.
“I risultati si vedono: nel segmento dei grandi yacht a marchio Riva, Pershing, Custom Line e CRN stiamo ottenendo immense
soddisfazioni. E ancora maggiori sono le prospettive future.
Grazie agli investimenti già stanziati, a quelli in programma nei prossimi anni e a un’offerta di prodotti sempre più ampia e
variegata, la nostra crescita è costante, superiore a quella complessiva del mercato.
Grande merito va alla Super Yacht Yard di Ancona, che già rappresenta l’eccellenza navale del Gruppo nel campo dei super
yacht e dei mega yacht fully custom: navi portabandiera della nautica italiana.”
Nel dettaglio, sono 25 i milioni di euro destinati fino al 2019 al totale rinnovamento del cantiere. Di questi, 8 milioni sono già
stati investiti dallo scorso anno per l’ammodernamento degli impianti esistenti, per la creazione di nuove infrastrutture a terra e
a mare destinate alla costruzione di nuovi modelli e per lo sviluppo dell’attività di business dedicata al refit.
Il portafoglio ordini consolidato di Ferretti Group (forecast 2017) è pari a 522 milioni di Euro, dei quali 276 milioni generati dal
segmento dei grandi yacht sopra i 30 metri. Questo segmento è cresciuto progressivamente nel corso degli ultimi 3 anni:, dai
113 milioni di euro del 2015 si è passati a una raccolta ordini consolidata pari a 181 milioni di euro nel 2016, in crescita di
ben il 60%. Il Gruppo prevede di chiudere l’anno in corso in crescita di oltre il 50%, raggiungendo un valore intorno ai 276
milioni di euro sui 522 totali del Gruppo
Nel corso degli ultimi 12 mesi l’intera flotta Navetta Custom Line è stata trasferita ad Ancona, con 6 postazioni dedicate, in una
delle quali è attualmente in costruzione l’ammiraglia Navetta 42.
Altre 5 nuove postazioni in fase finale di approntamento saranno destinate alla produzione e refitting dei super e mega yacht
per i marchi Pershing, Riva e CRN. Il nuovo travel lift di 3,500 tonnellate sostituirà lo scalo di varo oggi in uso e offrirà una
soluzione high-end per l’allestimento dei mega yacht CRN.
Presso la Super Yacht Yard sono attualmente in costruzione 3 navi a marchio CRN.
CRN 135, di 79 metri, diverrà la seconda nave più grande mai realizzata dal cantiere, mentre lo scafo di CRN 137 di 62 metri,
è appena entrato nel proprio stabilimento produttivo: entrambi saranno varati nel 2019. Il prossimo anno, invece sarà pronto il
CRN 136 50 metri “Superconero”.
Nei rispettivi stabilimenti dedicati sono poi in costruzione le nuove ammiraglie Pershing e Riva, rispettivamente Pershing 140 e
Riva 50 metri, primo nato della nuova Superyachts Division.
Complessivamente, presso la “Super Yacht Yard” sono in costruzione 8 unità in vetroresina a marchio Custom Line e 5 navi in
acciaio e alluminio, per i marchi Pershing, CRN e Riva.
La futura ammiraglia Custom Line, Navetta 42, debutterà la prossima primavera, mentre il primo esemplare di Pershing 140
sarà completato a fine 2018, per trasferirsi poi in Asia Pacific, mercato in cui è stato venduto. Nel corso della conferenza,
inoltre, è stata annunciata la vendita della seconda unità di Pershing 140. L’incontro si è quindi concluso con l’aggiornamento
sulla costruzione del primo Riva 50 metri, che sarà consegnato al proprio armatore nella primavera 2019.
La conferenza stampa, svoltasi come sempre presso la magnifica Aquarama Lounge, al quinto piano dello Yacht Club de
Monaco, ha avuto come partner esclusivo Culti, le cui inconfondibili fragranze per ambienti sono state l’originale omaggio

NAVETTA 33
Navetta 33 introduce importanti novità nell’ambito dei super
yacht semi dislocanti Custom Line, alle quali si aggiungono i
fattori distintivi già apprezzati su Navetta 37. Lo scafo con
bulbo prodiero garantisce performance ai vertici della categoria
per navigabilità e stabilità, favolosi sono anche gli spazi a
disposizione di armatore e ospiti, su tutti i 4 ponti. Navetta 33
esibisce tutte le innovazioni tecnologiche presentate da
Custom Line sugli ultimi modelli e installa inoltre un impianto
audio ad alta fedeltà ai vertici della categoria.
