Ferretti Yachts 670 è il primo regalo che il cantiere fa a sé stesso e al mondo della nautica per celebrare sontuosamente il 2018, anno del 50° anniversario.
Presentato ufficialmente al Boot di Düsseldorf, questo fantastico flybridge alza ulteriormente gli standard di eleganza, comfort e prestazioni da sempre nel DNA del marchio.
Frutto della collaborazione fra Comitato Strategico di Prodotto e Direzione Engineering Ferretti Group, è il primo Ferretti Yachts il cui design esterno è stato realizzato dal Gruppo Ferretti in collaborazione con l’architetto Filippo Salvetti, mentre gli interni sono opera degli architetti e designer del Gruppo.
Ferretti Yachts 670 – la cui prima unità sarà prodotta da gennaio 2018 – è l’erede naturale dell’apprezzato 65 piedi. Nel segno di un’evoluzione intelligente, propone a bordo alcune delle caratteristiche presenti nei modelli lanciati fra 2016 e 2017 (Ferretti Yachts 450, 780, 850 e 920), alle quali si aggiungono importanti novità. Fra queste, si apprezza da subito una eccellente ottimizzazione degli spazi, interni ed esterni, che assicura all’armatore e ai suoi ospiti il perfetto mix di convivenza e indipendenza. Ferretti Yachts 670 è infatti un 67 piedi (20,24 metri) che installa soluzioni tipiche di una imbarcazione di maggior piedaggio. Questa filosofia è evidente già osservando il layout: la versione standard presenta 3 cabine di dimensioni notevoli sul ponte inferiore.
Il design aerodinamico degli esterni, invece, si esprime in linee filanti e forme nette, sull’onda del successo ottenuto dagli ultimi Ferretti Yachts presentati nel 2017: il 780 e il 920.
AMBIENTI ESTERNI
A poppa ritroviamo una grande spiaggetta tender lift a scorrimento verticale, che può alloggiare un jet tender da 3,5 mt. Spicca la presenza, in quest’area, di due vani storage posizionati uno sulla parte alta e l’altro sulla parte bassa del divano di poppa. Quest’ultimo vano può eventualmente alloggiare un seabob.
La zona esterna di prua, invece, propone una vera e propria innovazione a livello di ottimizzazione degli spazi: una grande zona living formata da tre ampi sofà contrapposti domina l’area, massimizzandone il livello di sfruttamento come zona relax. Su richiesta, è possibile posizionare due tavoli da pranzo contrapposti lungo i divani laterali, convertibili anch’essi in superficie relax, così da poter trasformare tutta l’area in un unico prendisole.
L’ampio flybridge, che con circa 25m² di superficie è il più competitivo della categoria di mercato, può essere arredato freestanding a poppa, mentre al centro, sulla sinistra, ci sarà un mobile bar fully equipped, fronteggiato da una zona conviviale con divano a C e tavolo da pranzo. A prua, la seconda stazione di comando sulla sinistra precede un grandissimo prendisole. Ferretti Yachts propone per questo fybridge 3 diversi layout: aperto nella versione standard, oppure, in via opzionale, con un roll bar per gli impianti satellitari su cui può alloggiare un bimini, o in versione hard top.
AMBIENTI INTERNI
Sul pozzetto, oltre la porta vetrata, si accede al salone del ponte principale formato da due ampi sofà contrapposti, con tavolino centrale. Più avanti, ecco la zona pranzo con cucina aperta e, di fronte, il tavolo da pranzo. Oltre la
cucina, la plancia di comando: uno spazio tecnico d’avanguardia dotato di strumentazione integrata che consente il monitoraggio delle principali funzioni, ispirato all’innovativa soluzione installata su Ferretti Yachts 780 e 920.
Degna di nota la nuova timoneria elettroidraulica, già vista sugli ultimi Ferretti Yachts, che tra i diversi vantaggi offre una maggiore comodità di guida grazie all’estrema maneggevolezza del timone e una massima efficienza nella messa a punto della virata anche a velocità sostenute.
Proseguendo, a dritta vi è una porta di accesso che consente di recarsi direttamente in plancia dall’esterno.
Gli scalini che conducono al ponte inferiore nascondono uno spazio sottostante sfruttabile come ulteriore vano stivaggio.
Una volta sottocoperta, troviamo 3 cabine disponibili già nella versione standard, a conferma del raggiungimento dell’obiettivo di ottimizzazione degli spazi: la suite armatoriale è situata a centro barca e comprende addirittura un grande studio che funge da anticamera per l’ambiente. Lo spazio è organizzato con letto centrale e, alle sue spalle verso poppa, una cabina armadio dedicata sulla sinistra e il grande bagno a dritta. Questo allestimento garantisce maggiore isolamento acustico dalla sala macchine, altro notevole plus di questo progetto.
In via opzionale, lo studio che introduce alla cabina armatoriale può essere sostituito con una quarta cabina più piccola oppure con una lavanderia. A dritta c’è una cabina doppia, mentre a estrema prua ritroviamo la cabina VIP, entrambe con bagno e doccia separata.
Sul ponte inferiore è situata anche la cabina marinaio con bagno, localizzata a estrema poppa con accesso sul pozzetto, facilitato da una scala integrata nella struttura.
Lo stile degli interni si ispira alle tendenze orientali ed è caratterizzato da listelli e moduli lineari, con differenze cromatiche tra colori chiari e scuri. Come materiali, si alternano essenze, laccati e pellami.
Di grande impatto estetico la presenza di alcuni elementi in metallo nel salone e di altri in vetro bronzo nella cabina armatoriale.
Ferretti Yachts 670 sarà disponibile anche nella versione speciale Tai He Ban, dedicata agli armatori dei mercati Asia Pacific, che prevede l’allestimento della cucina di servizio sottocoperta e l’introduzione di una “entertainement room” sul ponte principale.
MOTORIZZAZIONE
Ferretti Yachts 670 sarà equipaggiato con una coppia di propulsori MAN dalla potenza di 1000 mhp, che consentiranno di raggiungere i 25 nodi ad andatura di crociera e toccare i 28 nodi alla massima velocità (dati preliminari). In via opzionale, si possono scegliere 2 MAN dalla potenza di 1200 mhp con 28 nodi di velocità di crociera e 32 nodi di velocità massima (dati preliminari).
Su richiesta possono essere installati il joystick di manovra e ben due Seakeeper per garantire la massima stabilità durante la sosta in rada.
The Ferretti Yachts 670 is the first gift from the shipyard to itself and the whole nautical world as part of the spectacular celebrations of its 50th anniversary in 2018.
Officially presented at boot Düsseldorf, the fantastic flybridge has taken the style, comfort and performance that have always been part of the brand’s DNA to an even higher level.
A product of the partnership between the Ferretti Group’s Engineering Department and its Product Strategy Committee, it is the first Ferretti Yachts creation with an exterior to be jointly designed by the Ferretti Group and the architect Filippo Salvetti. The interiors are by the Group’s architects and designers.
The Ferretti Yachts 670 is the natural heir to the shipyard’s popular 65-footer and manufacturing work will start on the first unit in January 2018. As part of a smart evolution process, it will combine some of the characteristics of the models launched in 2016 and 2017 (Ferretti Yachts 450, 780, 850 and 920) with some significant new features. They include exceptional space optimization in both the interior and the exterior, which instantly catches the eye and offers owners and their guests the perfect blend of socializing and independence. The Ferretti Yachts 670 measures 67 feet (20.24 metres) but it boasts a number of solutions that tend to be associated with larger vessels. The approach taken is plain to see from the layout: the standard version has 3 very sizeable cabins on the lower deck.
The sleek lines and clean-cut shapes of the aerodynamic exterior design follow in the wake of the success enjoyed by the last Ferretti Yachts creations to be presented in 2017: the 780 and the 920.
EXTERIORS
To the stern there is a large swimming platform with a vertical tender lift that can accommodate a 3.5 m jet tender. Among the distinctive features in this area are two storage compartments: one in the upper part and one in the lower part of the stern sofa. A Seabob can be kept in the latter.
A truly innovative space optimization solution can be found in the outside forward area: three substantial sofas face each other and dominate the large living area, making the most of the potential for relaxation. On request, it is possible to put two dining tables facing each other alongside the side sofas. They can also be converted into relaxation surfaces, making the whole area into one big sun pad.
With approximately 25 m² of surfaces, the large flybridge is the most competitive in its class. Free-standing furniture can be chosen in the stern and there will be a fully equipped bar on the left of the central zone, facing an entertainment area with a C-shaped sofa and a dining table. Heading forward, you come to a second control station on the left and then a very large sun pad. Ferretti Yachts proposes 3 different layouts for the flybridge: a standard open version, a version with a roll bar for the satellite systems that can also accommodate a bimini top, and a hard top version.
INTERIORS
A glass door in the cockpit opens up onto the main deck lounge, where there are two big sofas either side of a central coffee table. Further along is a dining area with an open galley and a dining table opposite it. Past the galley is the helm station: a cutting-edge technical area with integrated instrumentation for monitoring the main functions, as inspired by the innovative solution found on the Ferretti Yachts 780 and 920.
Another noteworthy feature is the new electro-hydraulic steering system that has already been seen on other recent creations by Ferretti Yachts. Among its many benefits are greater steering comfort thanks to the extremely easy handling of the helm and maximum efficiency when turning, even at high speeds.
Moving along, to starboard there is a door that provides direct access to the helm station from outside.
Hidden under the steps to the lower deck is a space that can be used as an additional stowage compartment.
Below decks, even in the standard version there are 3 cabins, thus underlining that the goal of optimizing space has been achieved. The owner’s suite is located in the centre of the yacht. It has a large study that acts as an antechamber. The bed is in the centre of the room, and towards the stern behind it are a walk-in wardrobe on the port side and a large bathroom to starboard. This layout offers better soundproofing against the noise from the engine room, which is another significant benefit of the design.
There is the option of replacing the study next to the owner’s cabin with a fourth, smaller cabin or a laundry room. On the starboard side there is a double cabin, while the foredeck is home to the VIP cabin. Both have a bathroom and separate shower.
On the lower deck there is also a crew cabin with a bathroom. It is at the far end of the stern and it has easy access to the cockpit thanks to built-in steps.
The interior design is inspired by Oriental trends and a big part is played by linear units and strips of wood, with contrasting light and dark hues. Wood, leather and lacquered surfaces are the materials of choice.
A number of metal items in the lounge and bronze glass pieces in the owner’s cabin have a big visual impact.
A special Tai He Ban version of the Ferretti Yachts 670 will be available especially for the Asia Pacific market, with the galley below decks and an “entertainment room” on the main deck.
ENGINES
The Ferretti Yachts 670 will be fitted with twin MAN engines rated at 1000 mhp, giving it a cruising speed of 25 knots and a top speed of 28 knots (preliminary data). Alternatively, customers can order twin MAN engines providing 1200 mhp, for a cruising speed of 28 knots and a top speed of 32 knots (preliminary data).
On request, the yacht can be fitted with a joystick for manoeuvring and no fewer than two Seakeeper systems for maximum stability at anchor.
