FSD Ferretti Security and Defence, la divisione Difesa e Sicurezza del Gruppo Ferretti, partecipa al salone Euronaval 2016 di Parigi (17-21 ottobre), una delle più importanti fiere mondiali dedicate al settore della Difesa e Sicurezza in mare.
FSD presenta il suo primo modello varato questa estate, un Fast Patrol Vessel denominato FSD195, lungo 20 metri, con un’autonomia superiore alle 500 miglia e velocità medie di oltre 50 nodi.
Significative l’affidabilità e la tenuta al mare dimostrate dall’FSD195 che, subito dopo il varo, dal 23 al 30 agosto ha navigato da Cattolica a La Spezia, percorrendo 1.100 miglia in totale efficienza operativa pur in presenza di frequenti severe condizioni meteomarine.
Nel contesto di Euronaval Ferretti Security & Defence ha annunciato anche un accordo di cooperazione con Fincantieri che verrà dettagliato e finalizzato sulla base di obiettivi condivisi nelle prossime settimane.

FSD – FERRETTI SECURITY AND DEFENCE PARTECIPATES AT EURONAVAL 2016,
THE MOST IMPORTANT EUROPEAN NAVAL EXHIBITION OF THE SECURITY AND DEFENCE SECTOR
FSD Ferretti Security and Defence, Ferretti Group’s division dedicated to the security and defence sector, participates at Euronaval 2016 in Paris (17-21 October), which is one of the most important fairs worldwide covering the latter sector.
In this occasion, FSD presents its first model launched this summer, a Fast Patrol Vessel named FSD195 that is 20 meters long, with a range of over 500 miles and has an average speed of over 50 knots.
FSD195 has demonstrated significant reliability and seakeeping immediately after its launch, while sailing from the 23rd until the 30th of August from Cattolica to La Spezia, covering 1,100 miles in total operating efficiency despite frequent severe weather and sea conditions.
