Maser (Treviso), 13 febbraio 2017 – Come nelle migliori saghe l’eroe ha trionfato, non poteva esserci finale migliore per questa trilogia degli Inernazionali d’Italia Motocross 2017. Nel #round1, a Riola Sardo (Oristano), Cairoli ha affondato il primo colpo dimotsrandosi l’uomo da battere, a Malagrotta (Roma) nel #round2 si è confermato il più forte bissando il successo e infine ieri nel #round3 a Ottobiano (Pavia) ha completato il capolavoro portando a casa sia il titilo della MX1 che quello Elite.
Al campione siciliano è stato sufficiente il secondo posto nella gara MX1 e la vittoria in quella Elite per conquistare comunque i rispettivi titioli. Dopo il gande show fatto nei primi due round ad Ottobiano a Cairoli bastava quasi solo presentarsi al via per vincere ma no, lui ha voluto fare di più, correre alla sua maniera dando battaglia e esaltando il pubblico, con la sua solita grinta e determinazione, e soprattutto divertendo e divertendosi. Grande soddisfazione anche per Sidi che è al fianco del suo numero uno con gli stivali Crossfire 3 Srs, il nuovo modello della collezione offroad Sidi 2017.
A Ottobiano c’è stato il primo vero confronto tra i 4 big che si contenderanno poi il titolo mondiale della MXGP: Antonio Cairoli, Tim Gajser, Romain Febvre, Jeffrey Herlings. Il Mondiale Motocross scatterà da Losail in Qatar il 25 febbraio. Ma in questo primo assaggio di stagione Tony Cairoli ha lanciato a tutti un messaggio importante. Sidi e Tony Cairoli sono pronti a tornare sul gradino più alto del podio iridato, sarà una stagione esaltante!

MX ITALIAN INTERNATIONALS #ROUND 3: ONCE AGAIN, THE NAME IS TONY CAIROLI!!!
At Ottobiano Tony Cairoli captured the MX1 and Elite titles, proving he is ready for the first race in the World Series.
Maser (Treviso), 13 February, 2017 – In the manner of the best sagas, the hero has triumphed. There could not have been a better finale for this 2017 Italian International Motocross trilogy. In #round1 at Riola Sardo (Oristano), Cairoli struck the first blow to stand out as the man to beat; at Malagrotta (Rome) in #round2 he reaffirmed his role as the strongest rider, doubling down on his success; and finally, in #round3 at Ottobiano (Pavia) he completed his masterpiece by taking home both the MX1 as well as the Elite titles.
The Sicilian champion had only to win 2nd place in the MX1 race and triumph in the Elite event to capture the respective titles anyway. After the spectacular show in the first two rounds, it almost would have been enough for Cairoli to just show up to the starting grid at Ottobiano …but no, he wanted to race in his signature style, fighting in the battle and thrilling the crowd with his grit and determination; and he had a great time doing it, too. Sidi was also tremendously satisfied as we supported our champion with the Crossfire 3 Srs boots, the new models in Sidi’s 2017 off-road collection.
Ottobiano saw the first real showdown between the Big 4 who will be vying for the World Series title in the MXGP: Antonio Cairoli, Tim Gajser, Romain Febvre and Jeffrey Herlings. The Motocross World Series will kick off from Losail in Qatar on the 25th of February. However, in this first taste of the season, Tony Cairoli has sent a loud and clear message to everyone. Sidi and Tony Cairoli are ready to step back on to the highest step of the World Series podium. It’s going to be an exciting season!
