For the second year in a row Val di Fassa Bike will be supported by Volvo Car Italia, a valued partner of the Val Di Fassa in several summer and winter initiatives.
Registrations for the race have already been open on the website www.valdifassabike.it and up until the 24th of August the price is set at € 40 for both the marathon and classic routes.
For anyone who wants to try out the itineraries, Val di Fassa Events a.s.d, the company that organizes the event, has planned four free trial days in the company of guides who are experts on the territory and professional mountain bike riders. The dates are Saturday, June 20th, Saturday, July 11th, Saturday, September 5th and Saturday, September 12th. You must register to participate via e-mail: [email protected]
“The test days on the race routes are a great opportunity we offer, either to mountain bike enthusiasts who have never participated in the Val di Fassa Bike, or those who want to see and try out the new twists in this edition. Particularly on the marathon route, we are developing a highly technical, adrenaline-inducing single track” says Cristian Zorzi, technical manager for Val di Fassa Bike.
Confirmed the possibility of participating in the race with e-bikes as well, on the Classic route in the Excursionist category. For bikers equipped with electric bikes there will be a special classification, with prizes awarded for first place in the men and women’s standings.
Finally, we remind everyone that in addition to qualifying as an official stage in the UCI MTB Marathon World Series, the Val di Fassa Bike race is also part of the Prestige circuits Zero Wind MTB Cup and Alpine Pearls MTB Cup.
