Emozioni a non finire sul circuito di Loket in Repubblica Ceca dove, nel week-end, nell’ultima prova del mondiale WMX 2015 Kiara Fontanesi partiva sfavorita nei confronti di Livia Lancelot. Kiara doveva inseguire e recuperare quei due piccoli punti che la dividevano dalla vittoria.
Ma quando il gioco si fa duro i duri scendono in campo. Così grinta, determinazione e un pizzico di fortuna hanno permesso a Kiara Fontanesi di fare suo il titolo mondiale del motocross rosa per la quarta volta consecutiva. Tutto si è deciso domenica in gara2. Mentre Kiara ha dato il massimo chiudendo al secondo posto il gran premio Livia Lancelot (Kawasaki) è stata costretta al ritiro, fermandosi nel giro di ricognizione per un guasto meccanico. Un piccolo aiuto della sorte che compensa così la sfortuna avuta da Kiara nelle gare precedenti. La classifica finale dice Kiara Fontanesi 260 punti Livia Lancelot 242. Un’impresa, un record assoluto che consacra Kiara come la regina indiscussa del motocross.
“Ci ho sempre creduto” ha detto Kiara, parmense classe 1994, scoppiando in lacrime dopo aver tagliato il traguardo. E anche Sidi Sport ha sempre creduto nella vittoria della sua campionessa. Con lei a lottare su tutti i circuiti del mondiale e a brillare sul podio della vittoria ci sono gli stivali Sidi Crossfire 2 che si confermano così ancora una volata come gli stivali i numeri uno del motocross mondiale. L’appuntamento è al mondiale 2016…per vincere e trionfare ancora!

For the fourth time in a row Kiara Fontanesi & Sidi Sport are World Champions in WMX.
Maser (Treviso), 27 July, 2015 – The Loket racetrack in the Czech Republic offered endless thrills over the weekend in the last race for the 2015 WMX World Series, where Kiara Fontanesi started at a disadvantage, trailing behind Livia Lancelot. Kiara had to beat her to the chase and recover those few points separating her from victory.
But when the game gets tough, the though get in to it. Thus, grit, determination and a bit of luck allowed Kiara Fontanesi to walk away with the motocross’ pink World Title for the fourth year in a row. It all came down to race2 on Sunday. While Kiara gave it her all and closed out the Grand Prix in second place, Livia Lancelot (Kawasaki) was forced to withdraw in the preliminary reconnaissance lap due to mechanical problems. This little assist from fate thus made up for Kiara’s misfortunes in the previous races. The final standings assigned Kiara Fontanesi 260 points, while Livia Lancelot came away with 242. In was quite an enterprise to achieve this absolute record, which consecrates Kiara as the reigning Queen of motocross.
“I’ve always believed,” exclaimed Kiara, who was born in Parma in 1994, as she burst into tears after having crossed the finish line. And Sidi Sport has also always believed in the victory of its lady champion. As she battled it out on all the tracks in the world circuit and shined on the victory podium, Sidi Crossfire 2 boots were right there with her, confirming their status once again as the number one boot in world class motocross.
