The new Baby Tofana Land of Capanna Ra Valles is having a great success. This kindergarten on the snow was launched last December in the Tofana-Freccia nel Cielo ski area. The children are welcomed in this structure by two educators, who take care of them, while their parents can ski freely or enjoy some pleasant moments of relaxation.
Group’s integration, creativity and socialization are promoted through recreational activities, like table games, construction toys, books, colours and much more. Baby Tofana Land is also equipped with an outdoor playground on the snow, where kids can play in complete safety. Besides, in Capanna Ra Valles restaurant, families can enjoy a child friendly menu, rich in delicacies, starting with the main dishes, or pizzas (the highest of the Dolomites), and ending with snacks, cakes, and sweets.
During the months of February and March, Baby Tofana Land will organise even more activities, like labs centred on creativity, games and Carnival.

Lab for the development of creativity through the realisation of abstract paintings, using different materials, like papier-mâché, cardboard and a lot of colours.
IN THE KINGDOM OF THE QUEEN OF THE DOLOMITES

Theatre Lab for the realisation of a play, based on the main legend of Ampezzo and the Dolomites. The elaboration of these tales through theatrical plays has the aim of helping children to get in touch with the woods and the rocks of the Queen of the Dolomites and the inhabitants, who lived there in the past.

Lab for the development of creativity and manual skills through the creation of objects with salt dough.
GIVE SPACE TO RECYCLING
On Sunday, 26th March, from 9.30 to 12.30
Lab for the development of creativity with the aim of building boxes for children’s toys. These boxes will be transformed in colourful cardboard containers, in which toys might be stored.
A PASSION FOR CARNIVAL
On Tuesday, 21st February, from 14.00 to 16.00
Creation of Carnival masks for celebrating all together the most colourful festival of the year.
On Wednesday, 22nd February, from 14.00 to 16.00
Cooking lab about the typical cakes and sweets of Ampezzo. Meeting at 13.30, by the departure station of the “Tofana Freccia nel Cielo” cableway.
